THE ORIGIN STORY

Stop, relax, and transport your mind to a medieval castle town in north Wales...

Picture this: Glittering views of the oyster-filled Menai Strait; the humbling presence of Snowdonia’s shadowy peaks and epic woodlands; cobbled streets dotted with filthy-gorgeous kebab shops, and a gentle breeze that seems to carry the voices of a thousand rowdy ancestors (‘iawwwnnnn coooont’, they whisper). You’ve mentally landed in Caernarfon - welcome to Chris Roberts’ home.

Since 1985, Chris has lived, breathed and loved his local area. It’s the driving force behind everything he enjoys, from his community work to adventures with foraging sidekick, Roxy the dog, and chill time with his favourite ‘Cofis’ (it’s Welsh, look it up). Most of all, it fuels his passion for smokin’ hot feasts.
